The diversion facilities are located in Contra Costa, Sacramento, El Dorado, Trinity, Shasta, Glenn, Tehama, Alameda, Calaveras, and Tuolumne Counties. Water is diverted from the Trinity River and tributaries to the Sacramento-San Joaquin Bay Delta. In addition, the file room can use other copiers in the Division of Water Rights to reproduce material. Therefore, you should be able to obtain any necessary information from the files room. The protest period does not end until October 5, 2009. Therefore, you have time to obtain any materials that you need for purposes of filing a protest. The request for extension of time is denied.
