TO DEFENDANTS IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED CAUSE AND THEIR SOLICITORS:
WHEREAS, George E. McCutchen, Esq., after duly settling his report as Master
pro hac vice herein, under and in accord with the law and rules of this Court,
thereupon, to wit: on the 7th day of November, 1929, did file his said
report with the Clerk of this Court, and in the office of said Clerk at the
City of Sacramento, California, together with the documents and papers
listed below:
Volumes 1 to 27 inclusive; transcript of the testimony and evidence adduced in
this cause.
Plaintiffs' exhibits Nos. 1 to 49 inclusive.
Defendants' exhibits, appropriately designated by letters.
Opening brief of plaintiff.

Suggested Decree".
AND WHEREAS more than twenty days have elapsed since the filing of said report,
with its attached documents and papers, and the matter comes properly before
this Court for the consideration of such exceptions as may have been made
to said report under the rules, and -- no such exceptions having been
presented within said 20 day period, or since the filing of said report as
plaintiff is advised -- for the consideration of said report and -- if the
Court shall so determine -- its approval and adoption, with its findings of
fact and conclusions of law and suggested decree,
NOW THEREFORE, you and each of you are hereby notified that plaintiff, at the
Court room of this Court in the City of Sacramento, State of California,
at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon of the thirteenth day of January,
1929, [yup, WRONG YEAR] or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, will
move and ask the Court that the said report of the Master pro hac vice herein
be approved and adopted, that his Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as
embodied in said report become the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law
herein, and that the Court thereupon make and enter its decree herein, in
form, substance and effect as set down in the suggested decree and amendments
thereof with said report.
